In the case of a mistake on my part, I'll happily refund you or ship out a suitable replacement.
International shipping is risky and fraught with delays. Although I give an estimate of 1-4 weeks, because I ship to virtually all countries, customs and logistic delays can mean that packages take much longer to arrive, and some destinations (including China) have limited tracking once the package enters the country. I offer the option of additional insurance for international packages, but I unfortunately can't refund lost shipments placed without insurance if tracking shows that the package left the US.
